1. Bookings & Service
1.1 Bookings through our website are deemed to be made when final confirmation of the booking has been sent via e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation within 20 minutes of booking please contact reservations on 07790513660.
1.2 Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made when confirmed by the telephone representative.
1.3 All services are subject to availability
1.4 All our promotions are subject to availability
1.5 Arrive & Fly reserve the right not to accept a booking
1.6 All prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling and include VAT. Prices quoted can be subject to change.
1.7 We confirm any payment information given to Arrive & Fly by you will only be used by Arrive & Fly and will not be distributed to any other organisation under any circumstance.
1.8 Whilst every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of vehicles are made at the requested times, Arrive & Fly does not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.
1.9 Heathrow – Arrive & Fly parks cars in secure car parks which have fencing and 24 hour security.
1.10 To meet our business needs, there may be a requirement for a driver to be collected from another terminal whilst on route to our compound in your vehicle.
1.11 Cars are parked in secure car parks with regular security patrols and fencing. You are advised to ensure that your own insurance covers all risks.
1.12 Arrive & Fly does not provide any additional insurance cover whilst your vehicle is parked.
1.13 Licenced Taxi’s; As per the licence regulations only licenced drivers are allowed to drive a plated licenced taxi. All plates should be removed prior to the car being collected as not all our drivers are licenced for private hire / hire and reward. Failure to do so may result in your vehicle being refused.
1.14 Arrive & Fly does not accept long wheel based vans or oversized vehicles such as; vehicles with trailers, caravans, cars exceeding 9 seats and vehicles over 5 meter in length.
1.15 You have the right to cancel the contract at any time after the booking has been made and until 24 hours before the contract is due to commence, which will occur an admin fee of just £ 12. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the contract due to commence, no fee of £ 12 will be charged and no money will be refunded.
2.1 If a payment by card or other means is declined, Arrive & Fly reserve the right not to fulfill your booking.
2.2 Increased duration of stay will be debited to the clients account and payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle
2.3 Full payment of the booked service is due prior to commencement of the service.
2.4 Arrive & Fly reserves the right to apply to the DVLA for names and addresses where payment has not been made.
3. Cancellation and Curtailment
3.1 If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours no refund will be made.
3.2 For the purpose of condition 3.1 the period for which the service is booked shall be deemed to commence at the collection date and time specified at time of booking for the service booked.
3.3 Any customer wishing to curtail the length of stay for a service once that service has commenced will be liable to pay the fee for the whole of the service booked
3.4 If an amendment is to be made after departure has commenced the relevant airport must be contacted, subject to availability at that time.
4. Liabilities and other Terms
4.1 Vehicles and Contents are left at Owners risk whilst the vehicle is parked.
4.2 The customer warrants that he is the owner of the vehicle or has the power to deal with the vehicle as if he were its owner.
4.3 Claims for damage may not be considered unless reported to an Arrive & Fly Representative immediately on the return of the vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any minor scratches or dents which may not be possible to identify in confined times, weather conditions or obscured by dirt regardless of being mentioned on the receipt or not.
4.4 We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels howsoever caused.
4.5 Arrive & Fly accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused. Arrive & Fly will not accept liability for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control including acts of God , acts of nature and terrorism, war, riots, flooding.
4.6 By signing up and booking with Arrive & Fly, Meet and Greet customers confirm that their car is road worthy and has a valid MOT certificate, is insured and has fuel for driving 10 miles. Arrive & Fly cannot accept ownership of any vehicle that does not comply with Road Traffic regulations.
Where there is doubt if a valid MOT certificate is held for the vehicle named in the booking, Arrive & Fly exercises the right to use public access information to establish if indeed the vehicle has a valid MOT. In the event it is confirmed the vehicle does not have a valid MOT the customer’s booking will be cancelled without refund.
4.7. Customers should ensure that their vehicle has the appropriate road tax as Arrive & Fly cannot be held responsible if the customer is fined as a result of us driving your vehicle to our compound.
4.8 We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring. You must ensure you leave the drivers with the right keys, alarm fobs and instructions to start your vehicle
4.9 where possible, we require you to have a spare key for your vehicle which we require you take with you.
4.10 If any provision of these terms is found by any court to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid or unenforceable, unfair or unreasonable then it shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions which will continue in full force and effect
4.11 Arrive & Fly parks all cars, unless otherwise stated, in open air compounds. Therefore we are not responsible for acts of nature including but not limited to bird droppings, dust, snow, ice, pollen and rain on your vehicle.
